I find the time with Sally really useful, there is a mix of skills present so we are able to talk around issues, either shared or specific, without judgement and with lots of good ideas being generated. The calls keep me focused! What is the Independent Retail Community?
A supportive online community for owners of independent high-street shops, offering expert coaching, practical tools and support to help you grow a successful business. We have a range of Retail Workshops that are split into bite-sized modules and supported with downloadable workbooks and templates. We hold regular online coaching calls, plus we have The Round Table, a forum where you can ask questions at any time.
How does it work?
Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you login details via email, so you can access the Community straight away and get going. After 14 days you will be charged for the following 4 weeks. All the links for the coaching calls are there too, with upcoming dates so you can plan ahead. You can access the community at any time on any day.
What if I can't make the live calls?
All calls and workshops are recorded so you can always catch up whenever you're ready.
What topics do you cover?
We look at a wide range of topics starting with the SALES System; workshop content is added each month. Plus there are always things to be learnt from our coaching call conversations. Want something specific? Add to the thread in the Round Table and I'll take a look!
How long do I have access to all the information for?
As long as you remain a member, you continue to have access to all available content.
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
We do not offer a refund but you have full control and can cancel your membership payment at any time. Your membership will then expire at the next renewal date and you will lose your access to the Community and all the content.
