I joined the community to try and seek a bit more structure with my business planning long-term, and also find some support from other business owners in similar situations to me. I wanted to better understand myself, build confidence in my abilities to run a successful business, and try to be inspired by other people’s methods which I could potentially employ within my business to increase sales.
I'm supported by Sally and her expertise, along with the other members to dive deeper into plans to grow the business, and also see what I’m already doing that is succeeding and to pull out what I should be doing more.

What is the Independent Retail Community?
A supportive online community for owners of independent high-street shops, offering expert coaching, practical tools and support to help you grow a successful business. We have a wealth of Retail Workshops that are split into bite-sized modules and supported with downloadable workbooks and templates. We hold regular online coaching calls, plus we have The Round Table, a forum where you can ask questions at any time.
How does it work?
Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you login details via email, so you can access the Community straight away and get going. All the links for the coaching calls are there too, with upcoming dates so you can plan ahead. You can access the community at any time on any day.
What if I can't make the live calls?
All calls and workshops are recorded so you can always catch up whenever you're ready.
How long do I have access to all the information for?
As long as you remain a member, you continue to have access to all available content.
What topics do you cover?
We look at a huge range of topics; from windows, and merchandising, to business planning and analysis, marketing to customer service. New content is being added each month. Plus there are always things to be learnt from our coaching call conversations. Want something specific? Drop me an email and we'll see what we can do!
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
We do not offer a refund but you can cancel your membership payment at any time. Your membership will then expire at the next renewal date and you will lose your access to the Community and all the content.
